Eden Insurance, of the Chubb European Group.
We have Public Liability and Product liability insurance to the tune of £5M, Employee Liability of £10M and Professional Indemnity of £100K, providing both ourselves and you with peace of mind.

Our Complaints Procedure

Nobody likes a Solar Karen! However, with this many years of experience under our belts we'd never be naive enough to think that an issue couldn't ever arise! We've had no problems so far, but should that change, here is a link to our Customer Charter as well as a guide to our Complaints Procedure.
